00 — Executive Summary (v2)
Status: Stub. Write last, after every other section is settled.
Purpose of this section
A one-page summary of what the practice is, what it does, who it serves, and what the financial expectations are. Should pass the “compliance officer skim test” — nothing here should be embarrassing under fifteen-second scrutiny.
What needs to change from the original
- Reframe as James’s practice with Adrian as contractor (assuming pivot is confirmed in conversation with James)
- Correct Adrian’s location
- Correct revenue figures once
