    If his answer is closer to “co-practitioner” than “contractor-architect”, the rest of the rewrite is pointless until that’s resolved.

    • What are the implications of Obi being publicly associated with the proposal context, even indirectly?
    • Does the proposal claim SPARK as evidence, as inspiration, or as a deployable system? Different answers, different exposures.

    Is “Failure First” a documented methodology with an artefact (essay, repo, deck) that can be linked, or is it a phrase Adrian uses internally? If the former, the proposal can credibly reference it. If the latter, either document it or stop using it as a credential.

    The 5–10 hr/week ceiling is the stated constraint. But Adrian is also finishing a manuscript, planning an off-grid build, and running the three-AI workflow as a daily practice.     If the contractor-architect role consumes 5 hours/week consistently for 18 months, what gets dropped? And is the answer good?

    The proposal should not happen because it’s possible. It should happen because it’s the best use of the next 18 months of those hours.
